If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that same day. We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting.

Our policy is to inform patients if, in the rare instance, the schedule gets more than 30 minutes behind. We understand that your time is important.

The nature of our practice is that we are responsible for patients with complex medical and dental problems, and therefore emergencies can arise that are out of our control. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
